The talks are always rich in knowledge, backed by science, and presented with so much care and authenticity. What I love most is how the team manages to bring together science, tradition, and wisdom in such a harmonious way. It’s not just about information — it’s about connection, heart, and community. As someone who values evidence-based approaches and has explored various forms of therapy, I was amazed by how profoundly transformative this work is. It opens deeper layers of self-understanding and healing than I’ve ever reached through regular therapy alone — yet it also complements therapeutic work beautifully. The experience feels like true inner work, where insights arise naturally, and genuine change begins to unfold.
For me, it’s been a journey of clarity, self-compassion, and growth — a space where science meets soul
