3-day Psilocybin Retreat + Integration Program
With Michał
April 10 - 12, 2026
At Acsauhaya, we offer carefully structured psilocybin retreat experiences grounded in safety, professionalism, and long term integration. Our approach combines experienced facilitation, small group settings, and a clear preparation and integration framework to support meaningful and lasting change.
This retreat is designed for those who want to work with psilocybin in a responsible, supported, and intentional way. We host intimate psilocybin retreats with a maximum of 11 participants, allowing for individual attention and a strong sense of trust within the group. Therapeutic support is provided before, during, and after the retreat, ensuring participants are never left to navigate the process alone.
We place strong emphasis on preparation, set, setting, and integration. These elements are essential for translating a psychedelic experience into real, embodied change in daily life. Our programme is designed to help participants avoid common challenges such as confusion, overwhelm, or lack of follow through after the retreat.
What is included
•Preparation programme
Upon enrollment, participants receive unlimited access to a comprehensive digital preparation course. This self paced programme supports mental, emotional, and physical preparation for the retreat and can be revisited after the retreat or before future psychedelic experiences.
•Psilocybin retreat experience
Participants take part in a guided psilocybin session held at our private retreat location. Sessions are facilitated by experienced guides who prioritize safety, presence, and informed care. The retreat environment is intentionally designed to support focus, comfort, and a sense of security throughout the experience.
•Post retreat integration programme
Following the retreat, participants join a structured online integration programme. This programme includes weekly group sessions focused on making sense of insights, supporting emotional processing, and translating experiences into practical changes. The integration space is facilitated in a trauma informed way and respects each participant’s individual goals and pace.
A 3 Phase Programme
Phase 1: Preparation
Preparation plays a crucial role in shaping both the psilocybin experience and the integration process that follows. Through a one month, self paced preparation programme, participants are guided through clear, practical tools delivered in accessible formats.
Key areas include:
•Intention setting to clarify focus and direction
•Mental, emotional, and physical preparation
•Understanding set (mindset) and setting
•Familiarisation with the group, facilitators, and retreat structure
This phase helps participants arrive grounded, informed, and supported.
Phase 2: The Retreat
The retreat includes one guided psilocybin session facilitated by experienced professionals in a calm and supportive environment. Facilitators are present throughout the process and trained to respond to a wide range of experiences with care and clarity.
Group sharing circles take place after the session, providing space for reflection and mutual support. Additional group activities such as gentle movement, breathwork, or sound based practices may be offered to support grounding and emotional regulation during the retreat.
Phase 3: Integration
Integration is where insight becomes action. This phase focuses on translating the retreat experience into sustainable changes in daily life, including shifts in behaviour, perspective, and relationships.
The integration programme includes three professionally guided online group sessions over three weeks, each lasting two hours. These sessions are held in a trauma informed, respectful environment where participants can share as much or as little as they choose.
The integration space supports:
•Meaning making and reflection
•Emotional processing
•Practical tools for ongoing change
•Respect for personal boundaries and individual pace
This retreat is designed to support responsible, grounded, and meaningful work with psilocybin, with an emphasis on safety, integration, and long term impact rather than peak experiences alone.
